OUR HISTORY

The firm’s founder, Bert H. Early, created the retained executive search model in the corporate legal marketplace. Corinne Cochran was also a pioneer of retained lawyer search before she was recruited to a large, general executive search firm from which she departed to form her own legal search firm. Tucker Olson left a career as an attorney to team up with Bert Early Associates in 1989.  When Corinne returned to the firm in 1994, Early Cochran & Olson was inaugurated.
